The Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Savannah Country Day Hornets on Friday. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Spartans couldn't quite close it out.

Greater Atlanta Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Savannah Country Day, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Greater Atlanta Christian will square off against Savannah Christian at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Savannah Country Day, they will challenge St. Andrew's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Savannah Country Day has yet to allow a single goal through four games this season, a streak St. Andrew's will look to end.
