Asheville Christian Academy lost against Tri-Cities Christian back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 59-57. The loss put an end to the Lions' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Asheville Christian Academy fell to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Asheville Christian Academy will challenge Carmel Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Tri-Cities Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Combine Academy Regional at 1:30 p.m. The Eagles will be up against the Goats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
