Volleyball Recap: Bartlett Takes a Loss

Bartlett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagle River Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss last Tuesday.

Bartlett's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15-2. As for Eagle River, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-7 record this season.

Bartlett wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Nome-Beltz on the 27th. As for Eagle River, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Wasilla on the 26th.
