Calistoga had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Middletown Mustangs. Calistoga haven't had any issues with Middletown recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Leo Ramos and Andrew Lucas scored all three of Calistoga's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

This is the second loss in a row for Middletown and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Calistoga and Middletown will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Wildcats are set to square off against their familiar foe Credo at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Middletown will face off against rival Willits at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
