Soccer Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley lost against Burbank back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Valley Vikings fell just short of the Burbank Titans by a score of 2-1.

Valley's goal came courtesy of Evelyn Aguirre, who's now up to two this season.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Burbank, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-7-2.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing West Campus the next time they take the pitch. Valley will host West Campus at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Burbank will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
