Softball Recap: Oilton Comes Up Short

Oilton lost against Morris back in August of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 6-5.

Oilton's loss dropped their record down to 9-9-1. As for Morris, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-9.

Oilton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Davenport on the 8th. As for Morris, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Wilson-Henryetta on the 8th.
