Softball Recap: Friday's Loss Ends North Hall's Winning Streak

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Hall can now relate to. They fell just short of the Pickens Dragons by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Trojans were red-hot at the plate heading into the matchup (they scored no less than ten runs in the four contests prior), but the Dragons' pitchers proved too tough.

North Hall moved to 24-7 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak. As for Pickens, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-7.

North Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pickens, they have already played their next game, a 13-4 defeat against West Laurens on the 31st.
