Soccer Recap: Lancaster Comes Up Short

Lancaster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Eastside Lions, falling 7-4. Even if the Eagles couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

Lancaster's loss dropped their record down to 2-10-1. As for Eastside, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.

Lancaster didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 9-0 defeat against Quartz Hill on the 23rd. Eastside has also already played their next matchup, a 0-0 draw against Antelope Valley on the 23rd.
