Basketball Recap: Bria Tate Key Part of a Team Effort in Wolves Win

There's no place like home for Shasta, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They snuck past the Red Bluff Spartans with a 42-38 victory on Friday. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Spartans are ranked 584th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Shasta got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Bria Tate out in front who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cali Soule, who had nine points.
