Soccer Game Preview: James Lick vs. San Jose

The James Lick Comets are taking a road trip to face off against the San Jose Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

James Lick is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Hill just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 5-1 to the Falcons.

Meanwhile, San Jose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Yerba Buena.

San Jose's goal came courtesy of Alyna Bravo, which was the first she's scored this season.

San Jose now has a losing record at 5-6-3. As for James Lick, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5-1.
