The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Pacific Collegiate in their matchups with Notre Dame: they've now lost three in a row.
Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 17-17 at halftime, Pajaro Valley was not quite Notre Dame's equal in the second half on Wednesday. Pajaro Valley lost to Notre Dame on the road by a decisive 47-28 margin. Pajaro Valley's defeat continues an unfortunate trend for the team, making it three in a row.
Pacific Collegiate has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Pajaro Valley, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-12.
