Claxton fell victim to Emanuel County Institute and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-0. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Claxton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Emanuel County Institute, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Emanuel County Institute will venture away from home to challenge Metter at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Claxton will be paying especially close attention to the Bulldogs' contest: after the Bulldogs face off against the Tigers, they'll take on Claxton again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
