Soccer Recap: Mission College Prep Triumphs

With a playoff win on the line, Mission College Prep rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Yosemite Badgers by a score of 2-0. The Royals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Badgers, too.

Sarah Connors was the driving force of Mission College Prep's attack as she scored both of Mission College Prep's goals, bringing her season total up to eight goals.

The victory got Mission College Prep back to even at 10-10. As for Yosemite, their loss dropped their record down to 9-10.

Coming up, Mission College Prep will welcome Sunnyside at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Sunnyside will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Mission College Prep surely won't give up without a fight. Yosemite does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
