Basketball Preview: McConnellsburg Spartans vs. Everett Warriors        
        
		
            
 McConnellsburg is 0-10 against the Warriors since February of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Monday. The McConnellsburg Spartans will head out on the road to  challenge  the Everett Warriors at 7:30  p.m. The  teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: McConnellsburg has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while the Warriors will arrive with four straight  victories.
 Last Thursday, McConnellsburg had to suffer through a rough  52-22 loss at the hands of the. McConnellsburg was down  43-16 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
 Meanwhile, Everett was able to grind out a solid  win over the Panthers on Wednesday, taking the game  59-48.
  Cloe Price was  her usual excellent self,  scoring 23 points along with eight  rebounds and four  blocks. She hasn't dropped below 16 points for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was  Morgan Bowser, who  scored 14 points.
 McConnellsburg has  not been sharp recently as the team's  lost eight of their last nine contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Everett, their victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 13-6.
 McConnellsburg took a serious blow against the Warriors  in their previous meeting  back in January, falling  62-21. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of   Price, who  dropped  a double-double on 28 points and ten  steals.
