After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, Raytown brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Everything went their way against the Ruskin Golden Eagles on Thursday as they made off with a 14-4 victory. The Bluejays haven't had any issues with the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.
Jazlynne Farmer was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off five hits. Farmer was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. That stolen base was her first of the season.
