Soccer Recap: High Tech SD Triumphs

High Tech SD's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They skirted past the Kearny Komets 2-1. The Storm have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Komets, too.

Nadia Kiernan and Izabella Kilgore scored both of High Tech SD's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

High Tech SD's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-5-1. As for Kearny, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-2 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. High Tech SD has already played their next match (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kearny has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Christian.
