Bellevue East found a leader in Alisha Mcmurtry as the team took down Millard South on Saturday. Mcmurtry turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
