Football Game Preview: Whiteface Antelopes vs. O'Donnell Eagles

The Whiteface Antelopes will head out to square off against the O'Donnell Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Whiteface knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully O'Donnell likes a good challenge.

Whiteface's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 56-0 win over Meadow. The Antelopes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 34 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 59-14, which was the final score in O'Donnell's tilt against Borden County on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Coyotes: they've now lost nine in a row.

O'Donnell's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Whiteface, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Everything came up roses for Whiteface against O'Donnell in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 60-8 win. In that contest, the Antelopes amassed a halftime lead of 60-8, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
