Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Winters). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 44-42 win over the Roseville Tigers on Friday.

Among those leading the charge was Jordan Tucker, who posted 16 points. Maci Dodic was another key player, putting up ten points.

Winters' victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Roseville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Winters wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 39-27 win against Destiny Christian Academy on the 14th. Roseville has also already played their next matchup, a 50-22 victory against Wheatland on the 14th.
