After losing to Monticello the last time they met, Tri-Valley decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Vikings came out on top against the Sages by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday.
Kinley Morris paced Tri-Valley's offense, picking up six kills. Morris got some help from Blythe Burk and her ten assists. Lauren Louck controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
Despite the loss, Monticello still got an impressive performance from Mady Melton, who had 13 digs and two assists. Melton has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last four times she's played.
