Football Recap: Thunder Ridge Takes a Loss

Thunder Ridge lost against Linn back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Longhorns fell 36-30 to the Bulldogs. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tate Foreman threw for 78 yards and one touchdown. Evan Slavik was his top target, picking up 64 receiving yards and one TD.

Thunder Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Linn, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thunder Ridge will square off against Frankfort at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Longhorns will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.5 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Linn, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against St. John's/Tipton Catholic at 7:00 p.m.
