Softball Recap: Libby Comes Up Short

Libby lost against Polson back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Loggers lost 10-3 to the Pirates. The Loggers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madison Vincent was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

Libby now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Polson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Libby will square off against rival Browning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Polson is set to challenge their familiar foe Whitefish at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
