While Rockmart's win against Cedartown wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Yellowjackets skirted past the Bulldogs 4-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Yellowjackets also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Rockmart's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Cedartown, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season.

Rockmart will challenge Coahulla Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cedartown, they are taking a road trip to face off against Southeast Whitfield County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
