Softball Recap: Shidler Tigers vs. Drumright Tornadoes

Shidler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Drumright Tornadoes, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 on September 2nd.

Keilee Morris made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. Lena Hampton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Shidler's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Drumright, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-9-1 record this season.
