Soccer Recap: Sultana Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Sultana, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Serrano Diamondbacks out 2-1 on Thursday.

Madison Hernandez was the driving force of Sultana's attack as she scored both of Sultana's goals, bringing her season total up to 14 goals.

Sultana is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four games. As for Serrano, they now have a losing record at 7-8-3.

Sultana will face off against Hesperia at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Serrano, they will host Oak Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
