Baseball Recap: Springfield Victorious

Springfield let Northridge stack five runs on them in the fifth inning on Saturday but luckily Springfield prevailed anyway. The Wildcats came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 10-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Springfield's win bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Northridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.

Springfield will have a chance to go back-to-back against Northridge: the pair will be back at it again later today.
