First Preparatory Christian Academy's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-0 win over Coastal HomeSchool.

The result came thanks to Chase Streeper's shutout, as he gave up just four hits and racked up 11 Ks. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, First Preparatory Christian Academy's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Arney, who scored a run while going 1-for-4. What's more, Arney posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Logan Brown also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Meanwhile, Citizens Christian Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Eagles. The one-run effort marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Citizens Christian Academy pushed their record up to 5-3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for First Preparatory Christian Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-12.
