The Davenport Central Blue Devils will take on the Davenport West Falcons on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 13 consecutive losses for Davenport Central and four for Davenport West.

Meanwhile, Davenport West lost a heartbreaker to Muscatine when they met back in June of 2024, and they left with a heavy heart again on Thursday. The Falcons came up short against the Muskies, falling 9-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Falcons were not able to get on the board.
