Soccer Game Preview: Mountain View vs. Marshall

Mountain View hasn't had much luck against Marshall recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Vikings will head out to square off against the Eagles at 3:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Mountain View's win against Gabrielino wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings skirted past the Eagles 3-2.

Meanwhile, Marshall entered their tilt with El Monte on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since January 25, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Marshall's win bumped their record up to 7-3-1. As for Mountain View, they now have a winning record of 6-5-2.
