While Pinecrest Academy's win against Lanier Christian Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Pinecrest Academy Paladins won by a goal and slipped past the Lanier Christian Academy Lightning 2-1. That's two games straight that the Paladins have won by just one goal.

Nick Keyman and Matt Tollet scored both of Pinecrest Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Pinecrest Academy and bumps their season record up to 9-2. As for Lanier Christian Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5.

Coming up, Pinecrest Academy will head out to challenge Fideles Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Pinecrest Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season. As for Lanier Christian Academy, they will welcome Riverside Military Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
