Monta Vista's game back in December of 2024 was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the MacDonald Condor 4-0. Considering the Matadors have won three games by more than three goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit MacDonald with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Erin Handelsman, Isobel Schweigert, Emerinne Denina, and Dylan Hwang.

Monta Vista's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. As for MacDonald, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Monta Vista will square off against Cupertino at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for MacDonald, they will challenge Lynbrook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
