Soccer Recap: Warner Robins Takes a Loss

Warner Robins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wayne County Yellow Jackets. While losing is never fun, Warner Robins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 292nd, while Wayne County are ranked 114th).

Warner Robins' defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Wayne County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

Coming up, Warner Robins is taking a road trip to square off against Perry at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wayne County, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Bradwell Institute at 7:00 p.m.
