Soccer Recap: Buckeye Comes Up Short

Buckeye was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Rocky River Pirates. Buckeye were not able to make up for their defeat to Rocky River from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Buckeye's goal came courtesy of Cael Miller, which was the first he's scored this season.

Buckeye's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-2. As for Rocky River, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5-1.

Coming up, Buckeye is taking a road trip to square off against Padua Franciscan at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
