Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Albany walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the New London-Spicer Wildcats 41-0. The Huskies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 26 points or more this season.

The win was the fifth in a row for Albany, bringing their record up to 8-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.0 points over those games. As for New London-Spicer, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6.
