Thatcher's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They skirted past the Globe Tigers 7-6. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Traekon ?TK? Kempton, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Boston Echols, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Thatcher's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Globe, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Thatcher will head out to square off against Benjamin Franklin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Chargers have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season. As for Globe, they will head out on the road to take on Coolidge at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
