Softball Recap: East Buchanan Comes Up Short

East Buchanan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 10-2 to the Calamus-Wheatland Warriors. If the Buccaneers were looking for revenge after losing 19-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in June of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

East Buchanan's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Calamus-Wheatland, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-14.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Warriors beat East Buchanan by a score of 12-4 later that day.
