Soccer Recap: Indian Springs Takes a Loss

Indian Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Fontana Steelers. While losing is never fun, the COYOTES can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 845th, while the Steelers are ranked 309th).

Indian Springs' loss dropped their record down to 0-7-1. As for Fontana, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-0-3 record this season.

Indian Springs wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Miller on the 17th. As for Fontana, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 victory against Lakeside on the 17th.
