It was a proper cat-fight when Goddard took on South on Thursday. The Lions came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 34-27. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won five in a row.

Leading Goddard to victory were Erik Olivas and Brock Sullivan. Olivas gained 210 total yards and three touchdowns, while Sullivan rushed for 126 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.4 yards per carry.
