Albany waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 56-26 win over the Stanberry Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Albany didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Clayton Griffin and Jace Palmer. Palmer also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Albany is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.

The victory got Albany back to even at 4-4. As for Stanberry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

Albany wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 64-56 loss against Pattonsburg on the 24th. As for Stanberry, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 78-50 defeat against North Andrew on the 24th.
