It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but South Harrison ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Gallatin 8-6. With that victory, South Harrison brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

South Harrison now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Gallatin, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coincidentally, South Harrison and Gallatin will both be playing Plattsburg the next time they take the field. South Harrison will host Plattsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while Gallatin will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
