Locust Grove won the last time they faced Bluejacket and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Pirates put the hurt on the Chieftains with a sharp 9-1 win. Considering the Pirates have won eight matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Locust Grove and bumps their season record up to 11-9. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Bluejacket, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
