The biggest upset of the week belonged to Paynesville, who took down 137th ranked Lac qui Parle Valley, 28-0.

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta extended the longest winning streak in West Central - South this week by beating Montevideo, 55-7. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Tigers.

Matt Ahrndt has thrown for 521 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Landon Mitteness has 10 catches for 194 yards. Ahrndt also leads the league in rushing with 623 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Eagles take on Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta. Lac qui Parle Valley is in fifth place, while the Tigers are in first place.

The Bulldogs moved up to 112 from 151 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in West Central - South. A 28-0 win over Mark Bjornjeld's team helped Paynesville improve its standing.
