Basketball Recap: Montgomery Comes Up Short

The Montgomery Vikings took a blow against the Cardinal Newman Cardinals on Wednesday, falling 70-18. The match marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Montgomery's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Cardinal Newman, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.
