Basketball Recap: Moshannon Valley Takes a Loss

Moshannon Valley lost against Glendale back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels received a blow as they fell 47-29 to the Glendale Vikings.

Madison Peterson was her usual excellent self, putting up 14 points for Glendale. The team also got some help courtesy of Brielle Mcmillen, who posted ten points.

Moshannon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Glendale, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.

The future could be bright for both Moshannon Valley and Glendale: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Moshannon Valley will look to extend Northern Cambria's 11-game losing streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Similarly, Glendale will try to hand Curwensville their ninth-straight loss when the two meet at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
