Softball Recap: Carroll Comes Up Short

Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bluejays this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-1 back in June.

Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 1-26. As for Bondurant-Farrar, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-8 record this season.

Carroll didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-1 loss against Le Mars on the 10th. As for Bondurant-Farrar, they have also already played their next match, a 10-2 defeat against North Polk on the 9th.
