Soccer Recap: Southeast Bulloch Comes Up Short

Southeast Bulloch was the 2-0 winner over Toombs County when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets fell just short of the Toombs County Bulldogs by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The loss was the Yellow Jackets' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Southeast Bulloch fell to 2-1. As for Toombs County, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Southeast Bulloch will venture away from home to square off against Liberty County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.6 goals per game this season. As for Toombs County, they will welcome Appling County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Toombs County has yet to allow a single goal through four contests this season, a streak Appling County will look to end.
