Volleyball Recap: Cromwell Victorious + How To Watch

Cromwell hadn't done well against Old Lyme recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Panthers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Cromwell was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-15, 8-25, 25-21.

Among those leading the charge was Isabella Davis, who had four digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in assists (17).

Cromwell has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Old Lyme, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-8.
