Basketball Recap: Wyalusing Valley Comes Up Short

Wyalusing Valley was the 40-27 winner over Athens when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Wyalusing Valley Rams took a 39-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Athens Wildcats.

Wyalusing Valley dropped their record down to 13-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Athens, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Wyalusing Valley nor Athens have any future games scheduled.
