Basketball Game Preview: Davis Sr. Blue Devils vs. Granite Bay Grizzlies

The Davis Sr. Blue Devils will square off against the Granite Bay Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Davis Sr. is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Oak Ridge on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Davis Sr. was dealt a 46-19 defeat at the hands of Oak Ridge. The match marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 55 points the game before, Granite Bay was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They had to suffer through a 91-23 loss at the hands of Folsom. The loss continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost eight in a row.

Granite Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Davis Sr., their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-10.
