Softball Recap: Ralston Victorious

Ralston owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They walked away with a 4-0 victory over the Douglas County West Falcon. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Falcon walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2023.

Makenzie Macrander made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over six innings pitched. Macrander was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Macrander wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Ochsner, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
